We are a mid-sized professional services firm and work closely across disciplines to advise sophisticated clients on auditing, legal and tax matters.
The auditing department is lead by Jürgen Stegmann, Dipl.-Kfm, WP/StB; the legal department by Dr Thomas Hahn, RA/vBP; and the tax department by Erik Walde, Dipl.-Wirtsch./ StB/vBP.
Jürgen Stegmann, Dr Thomas Hahn and Erik Walde, the firm’s original founders, previously worked for many years at KPMG Deutsche Treuhand-Gesellschaft, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft AG – most recently as senior managers with power of attorney in the Berlin office.
Our clients are mainly medium-sized industrial, trading, and services companies, the latter particularly in research) as well as building and engineering contractors, public sector companies and start-ups from the IT sector. We also advise self-employed professionals, doctors and scientists.
In addition our firm has particular expertise in advising agricultural businesses. All four partners have an additional qualification as agricultural accountants (‘Landwirtschaftliche Buchstelle’).
By collaborating across disciplines our firm ensures that we provide our clients with a professional and timely full-service, internationally if required, on matters concerning:
- Setting up in Business
- Reorganisation / acquisition of companies and private practices
- Restructuring and
- Inheritance planning.

As our bases are in Berlin and Potsdam our firm mainly advises clients in Berlin and in the new Eastern German states, but also in Lower Saxony, Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse.
One focus of our international work consists of supporting our clients in their business activities in neighbouring Poland.
We also advise foreign investors (especially Dutch) on the acquisition of companies.
